Meet Zac
Zac is a qualified remedial massage therapist and myotherapist passionate about helping people better understand their bodies, improve movement and stay active.

His approach combines thorough assessment, hands-on care and practical movement strategies in a relaxed, professional environment.
Personal Story
My passion for the human body and how it moves led me to myotherapy. Through my own lived experience, I’ve developed an appreciation for the connection between mental wellbeing and how we feel physically, including the tension we carry.
I care about the person behind the symptoms. I take the time to listen, understand what matters to you and explain your treatment.
My philosophy is simple: I want to help you understand your body and give you practical tools to take an active role in your progress, so you can feel more confident doing the things you enjoy.
About me
My approach to treatment has been shaped by more than just textbooks and qualifications. It has been built through years of working with people, studying human movement and learning how the body responds to training, stress, injruy and everyday life.
My background began in fitness which lead me to further my education in exercise science. I completed my diploma in remedial massage and advanced diploma in myotherapy.

No referral is needed, you can book directly with Free Flow Muscle Therapy. If you have any relevant reports or information from another healthcare professional, you’re welcome to bring them along.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Shorts or a singlet may help, depending on the area being assessed. Your comfort and privacy will be respected throughout your appointment.
You may be eligible for a rebate, depending on your health fund, extras cover and whether Zac is recognised as a provider by your fund. Please check with your fund before your appointment to confirm your eligibility and rebate amount.
Choose a Move Better Assessment if you’re new to the clinic or have a new concern. A Follow-up Treatment is for ongoing care of an issue Zac has already assessed. An Extended Follow-up Treatment allows additional treatment time for existing concerns. If you’re unsure, contact us before booking.
Please book a Move Better Assessment, even if you’ve attended before. This gives Zac enough time to understand what’s changed, assess the new concern and provide appropriate treatment.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling. Cancellations within this period and missed appointments will result in a 50% fee. Contact the clinic as soon as possible if your plans change.
You’ll find Free Flow Muscle Therapy at 59 Byron Cct, Flinders. Street parking is available. If you need help finding us or have access requirements, please contact the clinic before your appointment.
This depends on your concern, goals and how you respond to treatment. Zac will discuss recommended next steps and review them as you progress, with a focus on helping you confidently manage your own wellbeing.
